These Terms govern your access to ramvilo.com and purchases made through the Ramvilo online store. Please review them before using the website or placing an order.

1. About These Terms

In these Terms, “Ramvilo,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the Ramvilo online store at ramvilo.com. “You” and “your” refer to the person accessing the website or placing an order.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the commerce platform used to present products and process store interactions. Purchases from Ramvilo are transactions between you and Ramvilo; Shopify is not the seller of our products.

2. Acceptance and Eligibility

By using the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Returns Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the store.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to place an order. If you use the store on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.

3. Store Use and Prohibited Conduct

You may use the store only for lawful personal or business purchasing purposes. You must not:

• Use the website or products for an unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purpose
• Submit false account, billing, shipping, or contact information
• Interfere with store security, functionality, networks, or another person’s use
• Introduce malicious code, scrape the website without authorization, or attempt unauthorized access
• Use store content in a way that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights
• Place orders for unauthorized resale, circumvention of purchase limits, or suspected fraud

We may restrict access, cancel affected orders, or take other reasonable action when these Terms are violated.

4. Products and Information

Ramvilo offers physical products that may include plush characters, wooden designs, creative sets, and related items. Product materials, dimensions, age guidance, included pieces, care information, colors, and features vary by item. Review the individual product page before ordering.

We make reasonable efforts to present product information accurately. Colors and scale may appear different because of screen settings, photography, lighting, and viewing conditions. Measurements may include reasonable production or measuring variation where stated.

We may update descriptions, images, prices, availability, or product offerings. Changes do not affect rights already provided by applicable law or an accepted order unless we contact you about an error.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the order or otherwise confirm fulfillment.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order before dispatch for reasons including product unavailability, incorrect pricing or information, suspected fraud, payment problems, address issues, purchase-limit circumvention, or inability to fulfill the order. If payment has been collected for a canceled order, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

6. Pricing, Payment, and Taxes

Store prices are displayed in United States dollars (USD) unless clearly stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and other charges, if any, are calculated or displayed during checkout.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. Payments are processed through available third-party payment providers and are subject to their terms. If a price or product-information error is discovered before dispatch, we may cancel the order and refund the amount paid, or contact you with the option to proceed using the corrected information.

7. Shipping, Delivery, Returns, and Refunds

Ramvilo currently ships within the United States only. Processing periods, delivery estimates, free-shipping terms, tracking, address responsibilities, and lost or damaged parcel procedures are described in our Shipping Policy.

Return eligibility, the 30-day return window, free eligible returns, non-returnable items, replacements, and refund timing are described in our Refund & Returns Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.

8. Customer Accounts

If customer accounts are available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or close an account when reasonably necessary to protect the store, customers, or legal rights.

9. Intellectual Property

The website and its content—including text, photographs, graphics, page layouts, logos, and brand elements—are owned by Ramvilo or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and use the store for ordinary shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, publish, sell, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit store content without prior written permission, except where applicable law permits.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

The store may rely on or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, delivery carriers, and external websites. We do not control third-party websites or their independent terms, content, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms.

11. Reviews, Feedback, and Submissions

If you submit a review, suggestion, photograph, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person’s rights. You grant Ramvilo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the submission for store operation, customer support, promotion, and improvement, subject to our Privacy Policy.

We may remove submissions that are unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or unrelated to their intended purpose.

12. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that access will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Product warranties, if any, are limited to those expressly stated on the relevant product page or required by law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ramvilo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products. Where liability may lawfully be limited, Ramvilo’s aggregate liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer-protection rules.

14. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Ramvilo harmless from third-party claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights. This provision does not apply to ordinary good-faith consumer use of the store.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This choice does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.

Before beginning formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the concern. Unless applicable law requires or permits another location, disputes may be brought before courts with appropriate jurisdiction in North Carolina.

16. General Terms

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our permission. We may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a lawful business transaction.

These Terms and the policies incorporated by reference form the agreement between you and Ramvilo regarding store use and purchases, except for additional terms expressly presented for a specific product or service.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the store, our practices, or legal requirements. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
