Follow your Ramvilo delivery using the USPS tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email.

Where is your little parcel?
Enter the tracking number exactly as it appears in your shipping email. Tracking will open securely on the official USPS website.
Your tracking number is sent only to USPS when you select “Track Order.”
How tracking works
Order confirmed
We email your order confirmation after checkout and begin preparing your items.
Order dispatched
After the 2–3 business-day processing period, we send a shipping email with available tracking information.
Follow the journey
USPS may need a little time to activate the record. Check again later if the first scan has not appeared.
Need help with tracking?
No tracking email yet
If tracking has not arrived within 3 business days after your dispatch confirmation, check your spam folder and contact us.
Tracking has not updated
Carrier scans can take time to appear, especially during weekends, holidays, severe weather, or high-volume periods.
Marked delivered
Check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, and any USPS notice before contacting us.
Parcel may be missing
Contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. Include your order number and tracking number so we can review the shipment.
